Immunity-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (2 servings):
1 large orange, peeled
½ lemon, juiced
1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
1 small piece (1-inch) fresh ginger, peeled
1 banana (for creaminess)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for probiotics + protein)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of orange or lemon, and enjoy!
