Immunity-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 large orange, peeled

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small piece (1-inch) fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 banana (for creaminess)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (for probiotics + protein)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
