Meet the Founder
Eleanor Connors, Founder of The Balanced Table and Registered Nurse, brings over 10 years of hands-on patient care experience to her mission of redefining how we approach health and wellness.
Throughout her nursing career, she saw firsthand how patients—and even providers—often turned to pharmaceutical medications to mask symptoms, rather than addressing the root causes of illness. She became increasingly frustrated watching the cycle of quick fixes overshadow the conversations that truly matter: nutrition, lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and prevention.
Motivated by what was missing in traditional care, she created The Balanced Table to bridge that gap. Her vision is to equip individuals and communities with the education, tools, and confidence to make nourishing food choices and embrace holistic, whole-body healing.
At the core of her philosophy is the belief that health is not simply the absence of disease, but the daily presence of energy, balance, and vitality.
