About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 large egg

  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a baking pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, seasoning, garlic and onion powders, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Scoop roughly 1/4 cup (rounded) of the chicken mixture into your hands and roll into the shape of a ball.

  4. Place the meatballs at least 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Place on the center rack in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until outside is browned or until internal temperature is 165°F. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
