Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 large egg
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, seasoning, garlic and onion powders, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Scoop roughly 1/4 cup (rounded) of the chicken mixture into your hands and roll into the shape of a ball.
Place the meatballs at least 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Place on the center rack in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until outside is browned or until internal temperature is 165°F. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
